Refund policy

If you’re not totally obsessed with your My Baby By Merry purchase, return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. Since we are an haute couture shop, We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We can modify it if needed if it hasn't been processed yet, but it cannot be canceled or refunded. The customer is responsible for the return label cost.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for an exchange of size ONLY if the size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable. Orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
