What is the total delivery time for my order?
Your order will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped out within 7-15 business days from the order date in the standard shipping. The standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $24 for any product. Our business days are Monday-Friday. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 5 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

How can I return the item?
If you’re not totally obsessed with your My Baby By Merry purchase, return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. Since we are an haute couture shop, We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We can modify it if needed if it hasn't been processed yet, but it cannot be canceled or refunded.
