I purchased a piece and it was not true to size. I reached out to try and exchange for a bigger size and I have yet to get a response. I tried a few times via email due to no phone number 60$ later and still nothing. By this point I wanted my refund back. Unfortunately I won’t get either.

This dress is absolutely beautiful in person. We loved every single detail about it, our only downfall was that it did not come as is in the photo. We had to scramble to find the under part to make it poofy, if you will or resemble the photo. It arrived just in time.!
