What is the total delivery time for my order?

Your order will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped out within 7-10 business days from the order date in the standard shipping. The standard shipping cost is free for US and Canada. Our business days are Monday-Friday. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 5 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

Express Shipping (DHL Express/UPS): The shipping cost is a flat rate 34$ for any product and the transit time is 5-8 days for the United States. Order processing time is 2-3 days.

Priority Order & Express Shipping: We know you are in hurry, Priority means, We will sew your dress and ship it first. Priority order shipping will cost a flat rate 64$ for any product. The transit time is 3-5 days for the United States. Order processing time is 1-2 days.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re not totally obsessed with your My Baby By Merry purchase, return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. Since we are haute couture shop, We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We can modify it if needed, if it hasn't been processed yet, but it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable. Orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled.
