I placed an order for this dress but never received an order confirmation email containing an official order number. I did not take a screenshot at the time of purchase because I reasonably expected a confirmation email to be sent however, none was ever provided. I also did not receive any tracking information.
When the item arrived, it was poorly packaged and appeared to be used. Additionally, the dress was shipped from Turkey, and at no point during the checkout process was it clearly disclosed that the shipment would be sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) rather than DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). As a result, I was unexpectedly required to pay import duties and fees, significantly increasing the overall cost.
I contacted the customer service email listed on the website and explained that I could not provide an order number because one was never issued to me. Each time I raised this issue, communication stopped. I also suggested that they should be able to locate my order using my email address, but I received no response to that request either.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of this matter are extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when purchasing from this website.
Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and have initiated a dispute to recover my funds.
